These terms govern your use of the mobile app published by Sharon Louise Palmer (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you accept them. They sit alongside Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, which also applies.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. The app is licensed, not sold.
Some features are available at no cost. Others require an active subscription. What is included in each is stated in the app before you buy, and may change in future versions — anything you have already created remains readable and editable either way.
Purchases are processed by Apple and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy. Requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue refunds ourselves.
Anything you create in the app belongs to you. It is stored on your device — see the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to use any material you add, including images.
Do not use the app unlawfully, and do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, rent or redistribute it, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
We aim to keep the app working and to fix problems, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be added, changed or withdrawn, and support for older operating system versions may end.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. It is a tool, not a system of record: keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profit or opportunity arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
These terms may be updated. The current version is always on this page with the date at the top, and continuing to use the app means accepting it.
