Open the app and use Restore purchases on the subscription screen. If that does not help, check that you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy — Settings, then your name at the very top.
Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Everything you pay for through the App Store is listed there, with the renewal date.
Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions, choose the app, then Cancel. Do this at least 24 hours before the period ends, or it renews. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription — this is the single most common reason for an unexpected charge.
The same way, and at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Cancelling during a trial keeps access until the trial period is over and no payment is taken.
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID and find the purchase. If Apple declines and you believe there has been a mistake, write to us and we will help where we can.
A subscription lives on your Apple ID, not in the app, so removing the app leaves it running. Cancel it in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions, then contact Apple about the charge.
No. There is no sign-up and no password. Everything works straight away and works offline.
On your device. There is no cloud copy and no account, which is why the app keeps working with no signal. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.
If you set the new phone up from an iPhone or iCloud backup, yes — the app’s data is part of that backup. It does not sync live between two devices at the same time.
Use the export or share option in the app and save the file to Files, or send it to yourself. Treat the app as a working tool rather than as long-term storage.
No name, no email address, no account, and nothing you create in the app. What leaves the device relates only to confirming a purchase. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what that is.
Deleting the app removes everything stored on your device. To have the subscription records associated with your device deleted, email us from that device and ask.
